a lot of reads that I’ve enjoyed — Betty, The Neapolitan Quartwt and Know My Name are absolute favorites always. I need to get to the rest that are on my tbr but my only disagreement would probably be A Very Nice Girl, which I thought of as too repetitive/cliche.
yes great taste! i think i read ‘a very nice girl’ when i was very into sad girl lit fic, and i related to the parts about singing, i haven’t read about that in many books
You have amazing taste in books, and it’s also refreshing to see book reviews that aren’t always about the same four novels that everyone already knows and loves. I especially loved the glass castle, and I found myself agreeing with most of what you had to say. I trust u now and I added some to my list!
hi leah! just wanted to say you are the reason why i read the Neapolitan quartet last year, and now they are my all time favourite books! you just gave me lots and lots of potential new favourites so a thousand times thank you!!

thank you!! one of my reading goals for 2025 is to read more ‘unpopular’ books as i get tired of seeing the same books over and over too
We have enjoyed so many of the same books; love the list!
I absolutely devoured Boy Parts, Sorrow and Bliss and Acts of Desperation. I’ve read all of these multiple times, such masterpieces!!
i need to do more re-reading this year! would love to revisit those books
loved that i saw a few books i’ve already read!
i trusted u enough to add some other to my tbr
haha hope you enjoy!

Most of these I’ve yet to read, but the four here I have read, I also rated them 5 stars! Can’t wait to delve into this list further
ooh which were the four you’ve read?
Rebecca, Jane Eyre, Know My Name, and Crying in H Mart!
I’ve either read and loved these books or they are on my TBR. We have impeccable taste if I do say so. Happy holidays!
